at time of inspection, signs of leak damage were present on second floor bedroom ceiling. repair and repaint the ceiling in approved manners and follow the department of health's safe construction practices guideline on how to handle asbestos-containing materials since the work may result in exposures to asbestos. at time of inspection, no active leak was observed. however, there were signs of possible leak in the past. locate and repair source of leak if necessary.
