a. tenant reported that the dining room ceiling flickers off and on occasionally and sometimes the dimmer switch does not work properly. inspector mansur was unable to verify alleged malfunctioning light or switch on inspection day. b. tenant reported that the front-right stove burner flares when turned on. inspector mansur was unable to verify alleged flaring (explosion like) at the subject burner on inspection day. c. tenant reported that the bathtub is dirty possibly due to defective manufacturing. inspector mansur was unable to verify alleged condition (defective tub) at the time of inspection.
