at the time of inspection, droppings were found in the sleeping room of the unit on the vanity as well as in the kitchen at the lower sink cabinet. seal and check for all possible points of entry for rodents in an approved manner including but not limited to: 1) holes in lower kitchen sink cabinetry; and 2) check ventilation systems have a licensed pest control contractor eliminate the rodent infestation and seal all entry points. initiate or increase frequency of professional pest control services to obtain more immediate results in the elimination of infestation. provide a copy of the pest control invoice and remediation plan to the housing inspector at the time of re-inspection.
