deterioration was noted on the rear exterior egress stair supports, hand/guardrail and deck. some of the guard/handrails, deck boards and supports, and stair stringers on the deck and stairs have signs of wood detioration and are in need of repair, replacement and/or securing. have a general contractor, architect, or structural engineer inspect stairs and provide a written report with recommended repairs, then make repairs or replace as necessary to ensure stability and safety. **obtain a building permit, commence repairs and have inspected and approved by the district building inspector.
