the entry system at the front door provides no connectivity to residents. there is no display of the onsite manager in the digital greeting box and it is nonresponsive when directory buttons are pushed. repair the call box/intercom system. this system's directory shall be clearly visible and the speaker's responses audible to any resident or guest using it. the manager or owner's agent shall be clearly identified with contact information.
