the east side of the building is leaking into unit 5. there are a number of imperfections and blisters in the paint on the outside face of the wall. there are also vents above the area leaking. find the source of the leak and conduct repairs to stop water intrusion from making its way into unit 5 at the closet, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen areas.
