the wood floors have had long term exposure to water. there is wet rot through the hardwood and into the subfloor under the radiator in the living room. remove the radiator and cap the supply line. remove all damaged, warped twisted or split flooring in the area. inspect subfloor for damage and remove any damaged, warped, twisted or split subflooring. replace with new. complete repairs by providing a new finished floor that is durable and cleanable. install the radiator that was removed, insuring the connections are sealed to eliminate the original leak. insure the radiator provides proper pitch to drain any condensation back into the system. consider providing a drain pan beneath the radiator.
