while responding to the heat complaint at this address it was discovered that the entry door to unit 411 is hollowcore. entry doors to guest rooms shall be a minimum one-and-three-eighths inch wood core or approved equal. doors and jambs shall be tight fitting, in good condition, self-closing and self-latching. all new doors will be installed with a primary locking device with a minimum one inch single cylinder dead bolt and shall be operable from the interior without a key and no special knowledge or effort shall be required. replace the hollow core guest room entry door on unit 411.

the heating system was not working in some units on the date of inspection. random radiators were selected within the regulated time of required heat and they were absolutely cold, without any evidence of being on at all that day. the outside temperature at the time was in the low 50's. specifically, the units checked and not working were 114, 214, 314, 414, 514, 311, 210. repair or replace your heating system to provide heat as specified to the left within the time allotted below in all guest rooms.
