while investigating this complaint the plastic covering this area in unit 301 was removed and mold was found to be evident. ventilate the area to insure it is dry. discard contaminated materials that cannot be cleaned in an approved manner. repairs shall include the repair or replacement of affected floor coverings and repair/replacement and painting of water damaged ceilings and walls. paint affected areas of the framing members with mold/mildew retarding paint.
