at the time of inspection violations of the housing code were noted at the trash rooms on the second floor; correct the following violations: 1) trash room nearest #209- damaged wall & ceiling fire resistant surfaces, no impact resistant wall covering, no door closer, no fire resistant door. 2) trash room nearest #207- no door closer and the door won't close because the receptacle is to big. garbage/trash room walls and ceilings must be lined with a cleanable, fire resistant, impact resistant surface such as 26 guage sheet metal with all seams overlapping and tight. doors must be tight fitting, self closing, and lined with sheet metal on the interior side. the floors should be of concrete or tile. the room must be well ventilated and the interior must be fire sprinkled.
